Guidelines for Contributors
- Authorship: Co-authorship is allowed to a maximum of one additional co-author.
- Originality:All works must be original and unpublished, original and devoid of any kind of plagiarism. Any form of plagiarism will lead to disqualification from publication
- Language:Contribution shall be in English only.
- Cover Letter:All manuscripts must be accompanied by the cover letter with the names(s) of the author(s), institution/ affiliation, the title of the manuscript and the corresponding author’s contact information.
- Conflict of Interest:“Conflicts of Interest” placed just before the reference list. If no conflicts exist, the authors should state: The authors declare no conflicts of interest.
- Copyright: The Copyright of the contribution made for the publication in “BMSCL Journal of Law”, shall solely remain with B.M.S. College of Law, Bengaluru.
- · The Authors will be solely responsible for any dispute arising out of the manuscript including copyright, defamation, objectionable content or contempt and agree to suffer the loss, if any, caused by violating copyright or any other rights.
