The Anti-Ragging Committee aims to ensure a bully-free campus. The committee strives to develop a friendly atmosphere between senior and junior students in the college by organizing various awareness programs. The forum is open to all types of complaints and redressal is provided in accordance with stipulated guidelines.
The objective of the Anti-Ragging Committee is to prohibit, prevent and eliminate any conduct by any student or students towards another student or fresher which amounts to ragging. It ensures compliance with the provisions of Anti-Ragging Regulations as well as the provisions of any law in force, concerning ragging. Enquiry shall be conducted and appropriate decision/s shall be taken against those who indulge in ragging. Seminars and Awareness Programmes are organized to make the students aware of the legal provisions relating to ragging, Publicity campaigns and rallies are conducted to make the public aware of the dehumanizing effects of ragging.
