The college library has a rich collection of around 20317 volumes including Books, Journals, Legal and General Magazines, Commission Reports, Encyclopaedias, Dictionaries, General Books and other Reference Materials.
The library is automated with integrated library automation Software LIBSOFT with Web OPAC(Online Public Access Catalogue with Web) for user interface. Library patrons can access the library through OPAC for search of books, for renewal and reserve the books.
The library is built in a vast area with ample space for storage of books and reading area. The library has an open access system to facilitate readers to have easy access to the library resources
College library is an registered member of Narayana Rao Melgiri Library of National Law School of India University, Bangalore Through the Institutional Membership, faculty and students can use of library resources for their academic and research. Library is a active member of INFLIBNET-NLIST program that provides access to a number of e-books and e-journals relating to law.
Statistical records of ‘Students Visit to Library’ as well as’ Issue of the Books’ are maintained in the Library. A gate register is maintained for the Reader’s whoever enters the library. The practice of withdrawing books lent to the students before the semester examinations is followed by almost all institutions, extension of circulation service to the student till the last day of their examination is a benefit provided to the student community at the crucial hour of examination.
To motivate and encourage students, to inculcate the habit of reading 'Best User Award' for the optimum user of the library resource is instituted.
Book Exhibition cum Sale is organised in every semester in collaboration with MPP House, M/S Narayanaswamy, Ameya Law Agency, Intact Books House, Ell Enn Books, Premier Book House and Mohan Law House etc. to provide books at a discounted price to the staff and students
The library conducts user orientation programme on usage of online legal databases, library sources and services for new users.
