She has over 25 years of teaching experience in various law colleges in Bangalore. Prior to taking over as the Principal of BMS College of Law on 17.01.2017, she was the Vice Principal from 2011 and Assistant Professor from 2003 to 2011. She has held
several academic assignments such as the Chairperson, Deputy Custodian, Member of Faculty of Law and Board of Examiners of KSLU and Bangalore University on several occasions. She has been
instrumental in organizing several Student Development Programmes, National Moot Court Competitions, Symposiums, Seminars, National and International Conferences etc the benefit of students.
Dr. Sujatha S, has pursued her B.A.LL.B.(Hons) and LL.M.(Secured First Place in Constitutional Law Branch, Second topper for the College.) from University Law College, Bangalore University, Bangalore.
M.Phil. with distinction from Global Open University, Nagaland and M.A. in Political Science from Bangalore University, Bangalore. She has been awarded Ph.D. from NUALS, Ernakulam, Kerala
on the topic “New Dimensions on Judicial Review of Constitutional Amendment: A Study with Special Reference to Articles 31A, 31B and 31C read with Ninth Schedule under the Constitution of India”.
She has been a part of B.M.S. College of Lawfor the past 23 years in various capacities, where she had served as Dean and Vice- Principal. She has successfully conducted First Cultural Fest -Leviosain
2017.Currently she is heading as chairperson of Legal Aid Cell, Human Right's Cell & Women’s Cell. She was the member for Board of Examination(BOE) & Board of Studies (BOS)
in 2017, University Law College,Bangalore University.
She has presented papers in various State, National & International seminars, conferences, workshops and published papers in various Journals. Her area of interest includes, Constitutional
Law, Jurisprudence, Property Law, Women & Law, Contract II & DPC. She has been involved actively in organizing outreach programs, social services such as visit to NGOs, prison Visits,Lok
Adalath, Mediation Centre and imparting legal awareness, Street Play, skits, NSS Camps. She has coordinated 21 day's compulsory Internship in association with District Legal Services Authority
and has been a part of various educational trip to Supreme Court of India, ILI,(Delhi) Wagha Border (Punjab), Training the students to be a part of Model Parliament & to participate in
various National Moot Court Competitions. She has been contributing her services for the overall development of the institution and the students.
Dr. Veerabhadraiah C., has pursued his B.A.LL.B. and LL.M. from University Law College, Bangalore University in 1999 and 2007 respectively. He also completed his M.A. in Political Science. He
was awarded with Ph.D. from University Law College & P.G. Department of Lawon the topic, “Legal Regime on Contract Labor- A comparative study with special reference to India and
U.K”. He has a rich experience of 15 years in teaching and has been a part of B.M.S. College of law since 2006.
He is the member of Board of Studies for Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology College, Bangalore. He is also the member of Board of Examiner for Department of Studies in Law, Shree KrishanaDevaraya
University, Bellary. (External Examiner for LL.M. Dissertation). He has been a Vigilant member, Supervisor, External Senior Supervisor Flying and Sitting Squad Member for LL.B. Examination
since 2010. He has set manyquestion papers for KSLU examination and was an Assistant and Deputy Custodian for December 2019 and 2020 examination valuation of KSLU. He has presented papers
at 10 State level, 15 National Seminars and 20 International Conference and has published more than 15 papers in various Books and Journals of repute.
Sri. Kanya Naik, has pursued his LL.M. and B.Sc. degree. He has a rich experience of 10 years in advocacy and 14 years in teaching. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. from Alliance University.
His area of interest includes, CPC,CRPC, Evidence Act, Property Law, Mohammedan Law, Jurisprudence, White collar crimes, Penology& victimology, Legal research.
Dr. Sathish K.S., has pursued his B.A.L., LL.B., and LL.M. in Constitutional and Administrative Law from Bangalore University. He holds a Ph.D. in Law on the topic,“Union-States Legislative Relations a Comparative Study with Special Reference to India and U.S.A.” from Bangalore University in 2019.He has qualified UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) for Assistant Professor twice and K- SET (Karnataka State Eligibility Test).
He has a rich teaching experience of 12 years and has previously worked as a Lecturer in Vivekananda Law College, Oxford College of Law and SLSRF Havanur Law College, Bangalore.At BMSCL, he has
successfully discharged the duties asCoordinator and Chairperson of various Committees and is currently the Coordinator of NAAC and IQAC of the Institution.He has participated in a number
of International and National Conferences, Seminars, Symposiums and Workshops and also presented Research Papers. He has various Research Publications to his credit.
Smt. Shwetha P, has pursued her B.A.L.,LL.B. from JSS Law College, Mysore in 2007 and LL.M. in Constitutional Law from University of Mysore in 2009. She was awarded gold medal and cash prize
for securing highest marks in Constitutional Law. She has completed her M.A. in Political Science from Karnataka State Open University in 2012. She has cleared UGC-NET in 2012. She has worked
as a Research Assistant to Prof K.S Suresh, Principal, JSS Law College, Mysore in preparation of study material on Criminal Law for a Diploma Course in Karnataka State Open University, Mysore.
She worked as an Assistant Professor in JSS Law College, Mysore till 2014. She is pursuing her Ph.D. in Karnataka State Law University, Hubballi on the topic “A Comparative Study
of Right to Privacy in the UK, USA and India – With Special Reference to Data Protection”. She has presented a number of papers in State and National level seminars

Dr. Nalini R, has pursued her B.A.L., LL.B., andLL.M.in Labor Lawfrom Bangalore University. She has completed herPh.D. from Bangalore University on the topic, “Legal protection to agricultural Labourers- with special reference to Karnataka state”.

also appointed as the Secretary to the Bangalore Zone Karnataka Law Teachers Association in 2019. He has 6 Years of Teaching Experience in Law and Political Science subjects. He has
also served in the Indian Air Force for 11 Years.

MONASH University at Melbourne, Australia.During her coursework, she has submitted her dissertation on “Special Homes as Rehabilitative Institutions for Children in Conflict with Law- A study of a Special Home inKarnataka”and
also presented her paper in a National Conference.
During LL.M. she was engaged with Maharashtra State Human Rights Commission as a field work researcher and had submitted reports to the Commission on various socio-legal issues in Mumbai. She

Cartel, Pandemic &Environment, Human Rights violation amidst COVID 19 pandemic etc.

participated in International Confluence of Academicians, The Kathmandu Dialogue 2020, as an Indian delegate. He is following the trend in legal sector and development in Artificial intelligence
and received an honor of being a part of Artificial Intelligence General Assembly, as one of the delegates.

Ms. Rachana R L, has secured first rank with distinction in M.A. Political Science from Hyderabad Central University (ranked 6th in the country) and has been awarded the
Prof. G. Ram Reddy Memorial Medal. She has secured two gold medals in her master’s program. She has completed her B.A. in History, Economics and Political Science from Christ University,
Bengaluru. She has cleared her National Eligibility Test (NET) for university level lectureship as well as Karnataka State Eligibility Test (KSET). She has worked as an Assistant professor

Smt. Veena T.N, has pursued BAL., LLB from Vidyodaya Law College, Tumkuru, and LL.M. in Business Law from University Law College, Bengaluru. Currently pursuing Ph.D. in Christ University on the topic “The conundrum as to the protection of trade secrets in the software industry: A critical analysis”.
She has worked as an Assistant professor at BES College of Law, The Oxford College of Law and Seshadripuram College of Law, Bengaluru. Her areas of interest include Family Law, Law of Taxation, Law of Contract, IPR, Banking law, and RTI.
Sri. Hemanth S Angadi is Currently pursuing his Ph. D from Christ University and has completed his Masters in Commerce from Christ University. He has Cleared National Eligibility Test (NET) and Karnataka State Eligibility Test for Lectureship (K-SET).
He is also awarded an Associate Diploma from Insurance Institute of India (AIII).
He has presented and published research papers in National and international conferences and Journals. Special mention about his research paper titled “Is Gold Price Volatility in India Leveraged?” is published in a Scopus Indexed journal. He has 3 years of teaching experience and also have the industry experience of working in derivatives department of Deutsche Bank.
